ADVENT AT THE CASTLE – CASTLE CUSTODIAN'S CHRISTMAS
Location: Nové Hrady State Castle
Dates: November 29-December 14, 2008
A look at the Christmas atmosphere of a castle clerk's home at the beginning of the 20th century.
The 2nd visitor's route will be decorated with nativity scenes and old Christmas postcards.
Tours on Saturday and Sunday, November 29 and 30, and December 6, 7, 13, 14, at 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00.
Location: Třeboň State Castle
Dates: December 27-30, 2008
Special tours featuring talks about Christmas customs and folklore, history of the Christmas tree, nativity scenes, and more.
Tours of the castle will take place by previous arrangement every day from 9:00-15:00 except Monday.
During the three weekends of Advent and the weekend between holidays, tours will take place at 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00.
